Grow & Gather: A Perinatal Wellness Circle that runs April 10-May 15 at10-11:30AM, supported by Central Coast Childbirth Network, in collaboration with SLO Botanical Garden, its members, sponsors, and community partners. These small group sessions are all about helping expectant and postpartum parents/caregivers nurture their mental, emotional, and physical well-being... in the safe, supportive space and natural setting of the Children’s Garden at the SLO Botanical Garden. There will be guest speakers, guided journaling, peer support, and facilitated discussions, all rooted in evidence-based care and holistic wellness. Refreshments & light snacks are included. Crecer y Reunirse: Un Círculo de Bienestar Perinatal Comienza del 10 de abril al 15 de mayo de 10:00 a 11:30 a. m., con el apoyo de Central Coast Childbirth Network, en colaboración con el Jardín Botánico de SLO, sus miembros, patrocinadores y socios comunitarios. Estas sesiones en grupos pequeños se centran en ayudar a los padres/cuidadores que esperan y posparto a cultivar su bienestar mental, emocional y físico... en el espacio seguro y acogedor, y en el entorno natural del Jardín Infantil del Jardín Botánico de SLO. Habrá ponentes invitados, un diario guiado, apoyo entre pares y debates moderados, todo ello basado en la atención basada en la evidencia y el bienestar holístico. Se incluyen refrigerios y refrigerios ligeros. Se admiten niños mayores de hasta tres años aproximadamente, y se les brindará atención en el Jardín Infantil. ¡Cupos limitados!
